The weather is favorable and glorious, the mountains are green, the water is clear, the environment is full of singing birds and fragrant flowers, this is the reality of Nanhua Farm. All the sisters and brothers who live here are working hard every day. More and more of the vegetables we planted are being constantly sent to the canteen every day. We have harvested 2,000 catties (1,000kg, 2,200 lbs.)  of rapeseed and it will make 700 catties (350kg, 770lbs.) of oil. A good harvest of the watermelons is expected and according to Shanbao Celestial, every one here will have about fifty watermelons to eat. Recently, we have built another ten transportable houses to ease our housing shortage. The boss for whom we work will soon build a dormitory, dining hall, warehouse, and other buildings.  It will not be long before we see that Nanhua Farm will become a veritable Xanadu. Those who live in Nanhua Farm will enjoy nature to its fullest.
