Yesterday and the day before, the brothers and sisters of Nanhua planted more than 10,000 photinia serrulatas trees, but the water source is too far from the fields and we have no facilities to pump the water from that great a distance. Doing this manually would require too much time and energy. After two full weeks of sunny days without rain, the soil is not wet enough for them to grow and the rate of survival will be very reduced if these trees cannot be watered, but we expected a nice heavy rain!

The rain came on time, from last evening and continuing even now, rain fell gently from the sky, moistening the land and nourishing grasses and trees. How exciting and joyous it is!
