Article 2 of the Constitution of the People's Republic of China states:

“All power in the People’s Republic of China belongs to the people.”

To every citizen living in the People’s Republic of China—aside from government officials of all levels—does any of that power actually belong to you?
Did you ever vote directly to choose a representative to exercise power on your behalf?
No, you did not.

Article 13 states:

“Citizens’ lawful private property is inviolable.”

Then what about the following:

Forcibly demolishing citizens’ homes

Confiscating their property

Destroying their livelihoods

Dragging away street vendors’ stalls

Forcibly towing citizens’ motorcycles

Police officers seizing people’s cash

Freezing citizens’ bank accounts

Aren’t all of these clear violations of private property?

Article 35 states:

“Citizens of the People’s Republic of China enjoy freedom of speech, of the press, of assembly, of association, of procession, and of demonstration.”

But every ordinary person in China knows full well—none of these freedoms actually exist.

Article 36 states:

“Citizens of the People’s Republic of China enjoy freedom of religious belief.”

To all Catholics, Christians, Muslims, Buddhists, Daoists, Falun Gong practitioners, Chanyuan Celestials, and everyone with religious faith—
Do you truly have religious freedom?

Do Shaolin Temple monks have the right to refuse to fly the national flag at their temple?
Do Catholics have the freedom to display crosses in their churches?

These are merely the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the evil regime’s violations of law.
It is clear: the evil regime is the largest criminal organization in China.

Where has the power granted to the people by the Constitution gone?
It has been plundered and usurped by this regime.

This powerful criminal organization has committed monstrous crimes.
Take Lifechanyuan as just one example:

You destroyed thirteen of its Second Homes.
You seized vehicles, tools, and personal belongings.
You forcibly expelled Chanyuan Celestials from their communities.
You unjustly arrested and detained them.
You threatened and coerced them into signing pre-written false statements.
You stole cash from their homes, smashed generators and water pumps, and dug up or blocked the roads leading to their communities.
You even incited local thugs to loot, smash, and rob.

You think that because you hold the guns, the knives, and the pens, you can act without restraint.
You think you can suppress truth with violence and deception.

We know well that you may convict Chanyuan Celestials under fabricated charges—
You may imprison them, even cause them harm or death.

But you have underestimated their will and determination to defend their dignity and freedom.
Chanyuan Celestials are the children of the Greatest Creator.
And the children of the Greatest Creator will never bow to tyranny.

Turn back before it’s too late.
Confess. Repent.
That is your best—and perhaps only—way out.
