To all concerned international organizations, governments, and individuals,

I am Xuefeng (Zhang Zifan), the guide of Lifechanyuan.

Hereby I solemnly declare: all real estate, vehicles, and funds registered under my personal name belong entirely to the Lifechanyuan International Family Society. Everything I personally possess—computers, cell phones, clothing, shoes, and even the money in my bank account or in my pocket—belongs to the Lifechanyuan community.
I, as an individual, possess no private savings, cash, or personal assets. Even this being called “me” does not belong to myself, but to the Lifechanyuan International Family.

Since the establishment of the Second Home of Lifechanyuan in 2009, I have dedicated all the property and wealth I accumulated during more than ten years of business in Zimbabwe to the construction of the Second Home. From that moment, I became a person with no personal possessions.
After coming to Canada, due to the legal and financial structure, I could only purchase a property in my personal name as a representative of Lifechanyuan. This property became the General Headquarters of Lifechanyuan, and the guesthouse business associated with it is currently operated by three Chanyuan Celestials.
In 2024, through the collective dedication of all Chanyuan Celestials, another property was purchased in Canada under the officially registered name of the Lifechanyuan International Family Society. All contributions that were temporarily sent to my personal account for this purpose have been fully and transparently transferred to the organization’s official account, with complete records available for verification. The management and operation of this property and its resort business are now in the care of two Chanyuan Celestials.

In conscience, since the founding of the Second Home in 2009, all my personal living expenses have been covered solely by my own dedication and labor. In Canada, I have founded two enterprises for Lifechanyuan and personally taken part in all labor and service.
All my living expenses here have been covered by the fruits of my own labor and service; never once have I used any contributions made by Chanyuan Celestials for myself.
To reduce the community’s costs, during these two decades, I have never used community funds for travel or leisure, never dined in luxury restaurants, nor purchased any expensive clothing or personal luxury items.

It must also be clearly stated that, since the birth of Lifechanyuan, all donations dedicated to the community’s construction and development have always been managed by Chanyuan Celestials, not by me personally. On rare occasions when funds were offered directly to me, every cent was used for the community’s construction and service. I have never treated any such offering as private property.

All the above statements are factual, traceable, and verifiable.
