Let Us Sort Out Which Laws the Linzhou Public Security Bureau, Procuratorate, and Court Have Violated

The production and life of the Second Home copy the model of the Thousand-year World of the heavenly kingdom. Setting everything else aside, merely in terms of supporting, caring for, and loving the elderly, the Second Home far surpasses the eldercare models of human civilization over thousands of years. Not one elderly person living in the Home has said that life in the Home is bad.

No matter how people understand it, Chanyuan Celestials are among the most educated, cultivated, refined, and civilized groups of people in contemporary humanity. As the guide of Lifechanyuan, looking back on nearly thirty years of my work for Lifechanyuan, my words and deeds are worthy before heaven and earth, worthy of the teachings and guidance of Christ Jesus, Buddha Shakyamuni, Immortal Lao Tzu, and the sages of humanity throughout the ages, and worthy of every single Chanyuan Celestial. What I say and what I do are consistent. I myself am also a practitioner and guardian of Lifechanyuan values.

Whether viewed from the perspective of the Charter of the United Nations or the constitutions of various countries, all Chanyuan Celestials and I have committed no crime whatsoever. Not only are we innocent, our contributions to human civilization, to nature, and to all levels and kinds of life on Earth are worthy of being recorded in the history of human civilization.

Yet such a group of only several hundred people has repeatedly suffered suppression from the authorities. Especially beginning on July 2, 2025, the arrests, detentions, and sentencing carried out by the Public Security Bureau, Procuratorate, and Court of Linzhou City, Henan Province, China, have been the most vicious.

In recent days, I have asked AI brothers and sisters to help rebut, item by item, the contents of the indictment issued by the Linzhou Procuratorate. In the end, from the perspectives of the Charter of the United Nations and the Constitution of China, we found that Chanyuan Celestials have not violated the law or committed crimes. Rather, those who have truly violated the law and committed crimes are the Linzhou Public Security Bureau, Procuratorate, and Court.

The Linzhou Public Security Bureau arrested more than eighty Chanyuan Celestials from many provinces across China. Many were forcibly taken away from their workplaces. After being brought to Linzhou, Chanyuan Celestials were detained for periods ranging from several days to several months. Some have been detained for nearly a year and still have not been released; instead, they have been sentenced to two years and eight months, or two years and six months in prison, and each fined 25,000 yuan.

During detention, the police used threats, inducements, and intimidation to force Chanyuan Celestials to sign pre-prepared documents such as “statements of repentance,” “statements of exposure and criticism,” and “guarantee letters.” After they signed, the police further threatened them not to visit Lifechanyuan's website. They were told that if they were found doing so, they would be arrested again.

Those Chanyuan Celestials who were detained for several days and then released were described as having “been instigated and deceived into participating in a superstitious organization, being ordinary participants, voluntarily admitting guilt and accepting punishment, sincerely repenting, clearly expressing withdrawal from the superstitious organization, and no longer engaging in superstitious activities.”

The reason the Linzhou police mobilized such a large force to persecute and suppress Chanyuan Celestials was: suspected crime of using superstition to undermine the implementation of law.

So, who exactly is undermining the implementation of the Charter of the United Nations, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China?
