"Mature Crops"-Chanyuan Encyclopedia
The so-called "mature crops" refer precisely to individuals with perfect souls.
Jesus said: "The harvest is the end of the age, and the harvesters are angels." Xuefeng is the angel who has come to harvest the mature crops, not to do anything else. Establishing the Lifechanyuan Era for humanity is merely a path and a dharma method for the Guide to lead the mature crops toward the Celestial Granary. Implementing the universal unification of all religions and dharmas is simply to show the Chanyuan Celestials what heaven looks like. Saying that Lifechanyuan is the final course for this generation of humanity is merely extending a shred of compassion to point those with spiritual resonance in the right direction.
Chanyuan Celestials are the very crops the Guide seeks to harvest. Chanyuan Celestials are essentially born, not deliberately cultivated, educated, or guided. Anyone who is a Chanyuan Celestial should intuitively understand and cooperate seamlessly after reading the Chanyuan Corpus and Xuefeng Corpus. Once they learn about the Life Oasis Homeland, they will instantly feel that this is the home they have been searching for all along. Xuefeng will gather the mature crops into God's granary—the Thousand-Year World, the Ten-Thousand-Year World, and the Elysium World's Celestial Islands and Archipelago Continents—and lead humanity into a new thousand-year era: the Lifechanyuan Era.

1. Signs of "Mature Crops"
Mature crops possess the following eight distinct signs:
  • Reverence: Revere God, revere life, and revere nature; walk the way of God.
  • Detachment: Free from the bounds of marriage and family, free from nations, political parties, and religions.
  • Simplicity: Possess no status, no property, no reputation, and no worldly power.
  • Purity of Heart: Free from jealousy, complaints, and comparison; free from selfishness, greed, and conflict; free from laziness, arrogance, and resentment; free from anxiety, worry, and fear.
  • Fluidity: Do not cling to personal opinions; remain flexible and accommodating, act spontaneously according to true nature, and obey only the Dao.
  • Virtue: Humble, kind, diligent, honest, trustworthy, simple, healthy, and civilized.
  • Joyfulness: Know how to play and enjoy games; love collective activities and communal living; remain cheerful, lively, and habitually happy and joyful.
  • Celestial Consciousness: Desire a celestial life over a human life; choose celestial ethics over human ethics; walk the celestial path instead of the human path; yearn for the celestial realm rather than the mortal world.

Note: Any "crop" lacking these eight signs is not considered a "mature crop." Unripe crops can never be harvested into God's granary (Kingdom) and can never enter heaven.
Xuefeng will lead the "mature crops" into heaven—the Thousand-Year World, the Ten-Thousand-Year World, and the Elysium World's Celestial Islands and Archipelagos. Crops that are not yet mature will enter the Lifechanyuan Era to continue growing and evolving.
2. Reiterating: I (Xuefeng) Am Here to Harvest Mature Crops
Along this journey, many absurd and laughable things have happened. Some write to ask how to treat a certain physical illness; I tell them, "Go to the hospital and see a doctor!" Some write saying their family is in financial difficulty and ask for money; I say, "That is the government's job, go find the government!" Some write to ask what their dreams predict; I say, "Go find a dream interpretation master!"
Most frequently, people ask a barrage of questions completely unrelated to harvesting crops, such as what to do if they are bullied, what to do if someone owes them money, what to do if they feel upset, can't find a job, feel physically unwell, or encounter various hardships, and so on. It is as if Xuefeng is an omnipotent master who knows everything and can solve everything.
Therefore, I reiterate here: I am here to harvest mature crops, not to solve mundane, secular problems. I am not a doctor who heals the sick, I am not a philanthropist, I am not a sorcerer with magical powers who can summon wind and rain, I am not a super-expert fluent in all fields, and I am certainly not a savior here to rescue humanity. I am simply ordered to find people and lead them into the Kingdom of God. Thus, the scope of my duty is very limited. The people I am here to find account for only one or two percent of the human population. The problems of the remaining 98 or 99 percent have absolutely nothing to do with me.
I previously wrote The Signs of Mature Crops, mentioning eight points, but it seems people did not understand. Now, I will break it down further to make it perfectly clear to the world:
  • Mature crops undoubtedly have complete faith in God. If anyone doubts God, you are not the person I am looking for.
  • Mature crops long for a heavenly life free of marriage and family. If you love marriage and family, you are not the person I am looking for.
  • Mature crops love the spiritual state of owning nothing yet possessing everything. If you like owning things, you are not the person I am looking for.
  • Mature crops have no mind (calculating mind); they only have true nature (Xing). They must act spontaneously out of their true nature rather than thinking, plotting, or acting based on the calculating mind. If you are governed by the mind—especially if you have jealousy, comparison, resentment, selfishness, greed, complaints, competitiveness, worry, or fear—you are not the person I am looking for.
  • Mature crops follow only the Dao. They hold no rigid personal views, do not rely on their own human cleverness, are unified with the Dao, and are flexible and accommodating. If you stubbornly insist that you are right, you are not the crop I am looking for.
  • Mature crops are humble, kind, diligent, honest, trustworthy, simple, healthy, and civilized. If you lack even one of these traits, you are not the person I am looking for.
  • Mature crops are positive, optimistic, cheerful, and lively; they love playing games, laughing, and joking around. If you are negative and pessimistic, or if you are overly solemn, serious, aloof, and rarely smile—or if you act self-righteous and prim instead of laughing and playing—you are not the person I am looking for.
  • Mature crops possess only celestial morals and ethics, not human morals and ethics. If your head is full of conventional human consciousness, you are not the person I am looking for.

It is that simple, that explicit, and that clear. If you confirm that you are a mature crop, then you are the person I am looking for, and I will lead you to where you belong. Why nitpick with me, why meddle in things that don't concern you, why ask so many whys, and why bring vexation upon yourself? Do whatever you love to do, think whatever you love to think, walk whatever path you love to walk. If you think I am a fraud or a demon, then protect yourself and stay far away from me; I have absolutely no desire to associate with you. Do not try to impose your will on me either. If you believe my views and path are wrong, then stick to what you think is right. Why entangle yourself with me? Don't you find it exhausting?
Chanyuan Celestials are essentially born, not deliberately cultivated, educated, or guided. Anyone who is a Chanyuan Celestial should intuitively understand and cooperate seamlessly after reading the Chanyuan Corpus and Xuefeng Corpus. Once they learn about the Life Oasis Homeland, they will instantly feel that this is the home they have been searching for all along. Beyond this, they ask no further questions and harbor no worries.
Those who have endless questions only prove that they are not mature crops. If you have a series of intellectual confusions and unresolved troubles or miseries in life, it likewise proves you are not a mature crop. If anyone still requires the help of others, needs continuous comfort and encouragement, needs repeated persuasion, enlightenment, and guidance, or needs others to solve their personal problems—you are not a mature crop. You are not ripe yet!
Many people always speculate about me using conventional, mundane logic, thinking that founding Lifechanyuan is to accomplish some "great enterprise" or even some "hegemony." What mortal eyes and worldly minds, measuring my actions by human standards! Why would I want a "great enterprise"? What use do I have for "hegemony"? Every day, I barely have enough time for playful banter and games; why would I want that illusory "great enterprise" or "hegemony"? To wipe my backside with? To bind myself to the mortal world to suffer more? I don't care about human affairs! Once my mission is complete, I'll pat my pants and leave, regardless of what happens to the human world.
As for establishing the Lifechanyuan Era for humanity, that is merely a path and a dharma method for the Guide to lead the mature crops toward the Celestial Granary—it is just a byproduct, not where my mission lies.
As for implementing the universal unification of all religions and dharmas, that is simply to show the Chanyuan Celestials what heaven looks like; it does not mean I will bleed myself dry to realize it. I refuse to carry any burdens!
As for saying that Lifechanyuan is the final course for this generation of humanity, that is merely extending a shred of compassion to point those with spiritual resonance in the right direction. As to whether people are willing to study this final course, that is none of my business.
So, do not explore, discuss, argue, or debate anything with me, and definitely do not look to me to solve your problems and vexations. I haven't flirted or talked about love in ages; where would I get the time, energy, and effort to care about the trivial nonsense of the spiritually dead!
I reiterate once more: I am here to harvest mature crops, not to do anything else.
When souls resonate, a single hint is enough. If there is no resonance, you won't awaken even if you crack your skull open. No matter how much you carve a common stone, it remains a stone; it will never turn into a diamond.
3. The Heavenly Kingdom Does Not Accept Children Who Have Not Grown Up
"Unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven." — Jesus Christ
"However, 'mature crops' must be children who have grown up. If you have never grown up, you will never enter heaven." — Xuefeng
Children who have not yet grown up exhibit the following tendencies:
  • They cannot leave their mother's embrace.
  • They still rely on their parents for food, clothing, housing, and transportation.
  • They cannot detach from their own children, relying on them for their livelihood.
  • They have a husband and depend on him emotionally or logistically.
  • They have a wife and depend on her emotionally or logistically.
  • They are emotionally dependent on someone.
  • They are logistically dependent on someone.
  • They have a family, without which they feel completely lost.
  • They are religious followers, without whose organization they feel completely lost.
  • They are political party members, without whose organization they feel completely lost.
  • They are citizens of a nation, without which they feel completely lost.
  • They are members of an organization, without which they feel completely lost.
  • They cry, argue, get angry, or throw tantrums over minor inconveniences, possessing poor self-control.
  • They lack self-confidence, love to compare themselves with others, constantly complain, and easily become jealous.
  • They have no independent opinions, blindly echoing whatever others say.
  • They love to control others or be controlled by others.
  • They constantly long to be pampered, cared for, and loved.
  • They are unreasonable, willful, and reckless, completely lacking the ability to protect themselves.

The Heavenly Kingdom does not accept adults who do not resemble little children, nor does it accept adults who act like children who haven't grown up. Traditional human lifestyles prevent people from growing up. Though many are already sixty or seventy years old, they still haven't grown up and haven't become "mature crops." This is well worth deep reflection.
4. The Maturity We Need vs. The Maturity We Do Not Need
Only when a fruit is mature is its flesh tender, sweet, palatable, and highly nutritious. Unripe fruit is astringent, sour, lacking juice, and coarse. Therefore, to eat fruit, it must be mature.
Only mature seeds are plump, their life's non-material structure perfect, and their life vitality abundant, making them fit to sprout, grow, flower, and bear fruit in the future. Therefore, the grains harvested into the granary must be mature seeds.
Only mature people are flexible, accommodating, and seamlessly connected to the infinite, like flowing water that adapts to any shape and flows far and wide. Only then can they unite with heaven, earth, and humanity without obstacles or stagnation; only then can they maintain harmony with all things in the universe without the illusion of "self"; only then can they merge with the Dao, free from individual selfish desires, pursuits, attachments, and possessions. Therefore, only mature individuals can become celestials or buddhas and live in the Heavenly Kingdom.
The Maturity That Is NOT Needed:
  • Artificial Maturity: Fruits picked before they are ripe and left for a few days to force artificial ripening—this is not needed.
  • Premature Adulthood: Maturity that forces an adult persona before childhood is even over is not needed. Maturity that makes one act "like a grown-up" before completing youth is not needed.
  • Over-Gravity: Maturity that forces the gravity of old age before experiencing the full bloom of youth is not needed.
  • Forced Divinity: Maturity that claims to be "divine, buddha-like, or celestial" before experiencing the joy, happiness, freedom, and bliss of human life is not needed.

Every stage of life should display the unique splendor of that stage. Premature maturity violates the Dao of God and natural laws. Forbidding children from playing and constantly demanding them to be "good," "obedient," and focus entirely on book knowledge is inhumane. Preventing youth from being high-spirited and vigorous, demanding them only to study, ponder, and bear heavy burdens is inhumane. Stopping young adults from having ideals, fantasies, aiming high, and enjoying romance, while forcing them to be realistic and hustle for survival money is inhumane. Depriving humans of a happy, joyful, free, and blissful life to demand hardship just to become a celestial or buddha is inhumane.
Buddha is true nature (Xing), and celestial is true nature (Xing). To live entirely within one's true nature is God's true intent for creating life. Therefore, any maturity brought about by suppressing or destroying one's true nature is not needed.
In fact, whether a life is a celestial or a buddha does not depend on age, knowledge, experience, or whether they understand celestial or buddhist spells and advanced theories. As long as one lives in their true nature, they are a celestial, a buddha, and a beautiful life unified with God.
Therefore, a child of three or five, if their soul remains unpolluted, is already in the state of a celestial. They do not need anyone to deliberately guide or educate them on how to become a celestial or a buddha. If a genius is deliberately guided and educated by experts and masters, the genius is more likely to be stifled.
Imagine if we said to a peach tree: "You must grow well, absorb plenty of water and nutrients, maintain your true qualities as a peach tree, don't be tempted by pear trees, bloom on time in spring, and the peaches you bear must taste like peaches." Is that necessary? The peach tree already knows exactly how to grow, bloom, and bear fruit. It understands natural laws and knows how to coexist harmoniously with nature far better than humans do. What humans need to do is not to guide or educate, but to water and fertilize.
Rushing to mature will backfire. If a person does not live in their true nature but constantly plots in their mind how to get people to praise, applaud, and commend them to feign "maturity," that kind of maturity is unacceptable.
Men must be men, and women must be women. "If a woman is gentle on the outside but resilient and capable of carrying burdens on the inside, she is considered a mature woman. If a man is physically strong on the outside but tender and delicate on the inside, he is felt to be a mature man." This kind of "maturity" is not the maturity of "mature crops"; it is a distorted "maturity." We would never consider a hen mature just because she can both lay eggs and crow, nor a rooster mature because he can crow and lay eggs.
A rooster crowing on time and a hen laying eggs on time is called maturity. If the hen stops laying eggs and the rooster stops crowing, it is time for them to be slaughtered.
